Variant of Ribagorçà Catalan spoken in the region of La Litera (Huesca), frontier zone between Aragón and Catalonia known as Franja d'Aragó. It preserves archaic features of medieval Catalan with influences from Aragonese. It has about 18,000 speakers in 14 Oscan municipalities (Tamarite, Albelda, Alcampell, Vencillón).
