Products and prices

We sell editorial cartographic posters printed on demand, available in different sizes and languages. Prices are shown in euros and include the applicable taxes (VAT rate to be confirmed by advisor). Shipping costs are shown before payment, at checkout.

Orders and payment

Orders are placed through the website and paid securely via Stripe. The contract is formed once payment is confirmed. Items are printed on demand and shipped by our fulfilment partner (Printful); delivery times are indicated by the carrier.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU). To do so, notify us at jc@identidad.com. We will refund the amounts received once the return is verified. The cost of returning the item may be borne by the customer.

Legal guarantee

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Spanish consumer law.
