Industrial corridor of upper Gipuzkoa structured around the Northern Railway (Madrid-Hendaye, 1864) and the Oria river, with cores in Beasain (CAF), Ordizia, Zumarraga (Patricio Echeverría) and Legazpi. It concentrates the railway rolling stock, machine tool and auxiliary siderurgy industry of the Basque Country since the 19th century.
